The pet only wants attention and love
After losing their beloved pet, the family of Terri Christopher decided to adopt a new furry friend from Alabama, a sweet dog named Dakota. Since the beach was Dakota’s favorite place, the family decided to take him there to celebrate his birthday.
According to Terri, it seems as though Dakota knew about the tough times the family had been through when he was a puppy, and has always behaved like a big dog.

As he gets older, they want to do everything they can to make him feel special and loved, even though it’s become difficult for him to go to the beach.
This year, they wanted to do something extra special, so they made an adorable sign for their car’s passenger door to let people know that it was their pet’s 14th birthday. It’s the little things that make pets happy, and celebrating their birthday is one of them. Dakota was overjoyed with all the attention and love.
