Ashley St. Clair, who claims to be the mother of Elon Musk’s 13th child, has filed a lawsuit seeking legal custody and child support, accusing the billionaire of neglecting his parental responsibilities. Following Grimes’ public criticism of Musk for disregarding their son’s health needs, the 26-year-old writer revealed that Musk has barely been present in their child’s life, claiming he has only seen the boy three times since his birth.
In court documents filed on February 21, St. Clair alleges that Musk has taken no part in raising their son, identified as R.S.K., who was born in September 2024 in New York. She states that their relationship began around May 2023, leading to the child’s conception in January 2024.
According to St. Clair, Musk acknowledged paternity through written messages, including a text exchange after the birth. She sent him a photo from the hospital, to which Musk allegedly replied, “I look forward to seeing you this weekend.” He did visit, spending two hours with the newborn on September 21, followed by another hour the next day. The third and final visit occurred on November 30, 2024, lasting just 30 minutes. Shockingly, three months later, Musk allegedly suggested having more children with her.
Through her legal team, St. Clair is seeking official recognition of Musk’s paternity, child support, and full legal custody to safeguard her son’s interests. Her lawyer, Brian Glikovich, emphasized that St. Clair made every effort to collaborate with Musk before taking legal action but now seeks the court’s protection.
If upheld, this case would officially make R.S.K. Musk’s 13th child with his fourth partner, adding another chapter to the billionaire’s complex family history. 🚀👁️
