Kyle Richards is talking about how rumors of her husband Mauricio Umansky cheating made her feel unsure about their marriage.
In a preview of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion, Kyle tells host Andy Cohen that rumors about Mauricio’s infidelity bothered her over the years.
She explains that even though Mauricio would reassure her, the rumors still made her doubt their relationship. Her sister Kathy Hilton and castmate Erika Girardi agree, saying rumors can damage trust.
Andy asks if the rumors affected Kyle’s trust in Mauricio, and she says yes, they made her feel insecure.
Kathy defends Kyle, saying rumors are common for famous people and can make them feel bad.
Kyle adds that the rumors worked to make her feel bad, and Kathy and Erika agree.
Kathy previously said she thought Kyle had been considering separation for a few years.
A source told PEOPLE in July 2023 that Kyle and Mauricio were separated but still living together and figuring out their next steps.
Kyle and Mauricio denied divorce rumors and admitted they had a tough year in a joint Instagram post.
They got married in 1996 and have four daughters together.
