42-year-old Britney Spears appeared disheveled and confused to fans when she appeared in a new video wearing an unbuttoned pink shirt, lingerie, and with a lit cigarette.
The singer shook her tangled hair and smoked a cigarette, blowing smoke rings, to the song “Wild Boys” by The Phixx.
