The study suggests that a slightly fuller and curvier body is actually preferred. They say the ideal body mass index is 18.85, with a bust size of 93 cm, a waist size of 61 cm, and hips that are 87 cm. They also found that a healthy hip-to-waist ratio is between 0.65 and 0.75.
